By accessing our website (https://accnotech.com) or engaging our firm for any accounting, taxation, auditing, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms of Service. Please read this document entirely, as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Accnotech ("the Firm").

1. Scope of Services

Accnotech operates as an independent accounting and consulting firm based in Sanchore, Rajasthan. Our services encompass, but are not limited to, Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration and regular compliance, Income Tax return preparation and filing, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, statutory audits, comprehensive bookkeeping, financial reporting, and enterprise software automation (such as Tally Prime). The exact scope and nature of the services provided will be explicitly defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of any professional work.

2. Client Obligations and Accuracy of Information

The successful delivery of our professional services is fundamentally reliant on the timely receipt of accurate, complete, and truthful information from you. The Client agrees to provide all necessary financial documents, bank statements, invoices, ledgers, and any other relevant documentation required by our team. Accnotech will not independently audit or verify the baseline accuracy of the data you submit unless a specific audit engagement has been formally agreed upon. We accept no liability for any adverse consequences, including but not limited to financial penalties, legal notices, or incorrect tax assessments resulting from omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in the information provided by the Client.

3. Fees, Billing, and Payment Terms

Our professional fees are determined based on the complexity, volume, and specific requirements of the services rendered. A detailed fee structure or an estimated quote will be provided before work begins. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all invoices issued by Accnotech are due for payment immediately upon presentation. The Firm reserves the right to suspend or terminate ongoing services if payments are persistently delayed, and we may withhold finalized deliverables, returns, or working papers until all outstanding dues are cleared.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

We recognize that financial and corporate data is highly sensitive. Accnotech is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all information, documents, and trade secrets disclosed by the Client during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose any such data to unauthorized third parties without your explicit prior consent, except as mandated by law, court order, or competent regulatory authority. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While Accnotech exercises the highest degree of professional skill, care, and diligence in interpreting tax laws and performing our duties, it must be acknowledged that tax regulations are complex and subject to frequent amendments by the government. We provide advisory services based on the prevailing laws at the time of consultation. Accnotech does not guarantee absolute immunity from departmental audits, scrutiny, or differing interpretations by revenue officers. Under no circumstances shall the Firm, its founders, or its employees be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the performance of our services, exceeding the total professional fees paid for the specific contested service.

6. Electronic Communications and Digital Filings

By engaging our services, you authorize Accnotech to communicate with you via electronic means, including emails and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. You further authorize the Firm to submit forms, returns, and digital documents on your behalf to various governmental portals (including but not limited to the Income Tax Portal, GST Portal, and Ministry of Corporate Affairs) utilizing the credentials or digital signatures provided by you.

7. Termination of Engagement

Either party reserves the right to terminate the professional relationship at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client remains fully liable for all professional fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. Accnotech will ensure the orderly transfer of your original records back to you, subject to the clearance of outstanding invoices.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any distinct engagement letters shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms, our services, or our relationship shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sanchore, Jalore District, Rajasthan.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accnotech, its partners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with the Client’s violation of these Terms of Service, or due to the Client providing false, misleading, or incomplete financial data.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, templates, working papers, software configurations, and proprietary methodologies developed by Accnotech during the course of providing services remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the finalized deliverables solely for their internal business and compliance purposes.

11. Force Majeure

Accnotech shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Service when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, governmental portal outages, widespread internet failures, natural disasters, or strikes.

12. Amendments to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly marked. Continued use of our website or services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The failure of Accnotech to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
